This is the new public BETA release of MSI AfterBurner 4.3.0 (Beta 14). All recently relea.ĭownload MSI AfterBurner 4.3.0 Beta 14 - 06:57 PM Over the past few months we have made tremendous effort to get a lot of features enabled for this build. We have just released the new public final release of MSI AfterBurner 4.3.0. You can download a copy of Afterburner Beta 11 here and please leave feedback here.ĭownload: MSI Afterburner 4.3.0 Final Release - 03:00 PM You can precisely fine-tune positioning with the X and Y coordinates. And obviously you can select in what position you like to have the monitoring block in the on-screen display preview.Zoom will make the fonts bigger/smaller.Display pallete will allow you to change font colors.Set Display Fill to on for a background transparent block.Set Screen Display Shadow to On for better screen readability.Raster3D - the arrow downwards will allow you to change the font.If you clock on the menu icon (icon that shows display with 60 in it) the preferences will open up: If you like a little more customization, with MSI Afterburner, the Guru3D RTSS (statistics server) will be installed. ![]() In the preferences you can also see the new font layout, choose modern for the new multi-color look, or if you prefer, modern mono and assign your own single color if preferred. Also in this beta the plotted graphs do not have labels (GPU Clock etc) yet. Please understand that this is a first public beta with hardware monitoring graphs, so if you get some issues that would be the reason. To enable it, you need to go to “Monitoring” tab and choose “text+graph” or “graph” under ‘Show in On-Screen Display’. Or perhaps a GPU temperature spike, PCI-Express bus utilization and so on.Īfter installation hit the preferences and choose whatever you want plotted. With frametimes you guys instantly can see frame drops and anomalies now. Afterburner now plots graphs by whatever can be monitored from GPU temperature, CPU clock or frame times. Please do uninstall AfterBurner, and then install the new version fresh. The latest iterations of games have been updated. We've also been working with EA and Ubisoft to get the OSD better supported (some anti cheat protections made that impossible). Late me make one thing clear though, this is a public BETA, not a final/stable release. AfterBurner can hook into DirectX up-to version 12, and recently Vulkan support was added as well. whatever can be monitored, can be plotted as a graph on your monitor.Ĭonsidering the information already pread all over the web I wanted to introduce you to this cool new feature today in this news item. Meaning frame-rates, frametimes, FPS, Voltages. ![]() In the latest Beta we have added the ability to plot graphics on-screen. The information however went public and viral, which happens more often with nice new featrues. Issue does not occur on bios revisions before v19 and only occurs if adjusting the fan curve for SYS FAN 2 (I tried this header with multiple different fans).Yesterday we updated MSI AfterBurner towards 4.4.0 Beta 11, this binary download however only was intended for a bit of feedback in our beta test forums. ![]() Not really an impactful bug but just thought I would throw it out there.ĮDIT: I can confirm this issue only occurs when adjusting SYS FAN 2 and then exiting without saving. Then, when exiting without saving the bios without reversing fan changes, it is almost like the PC just doesnt know what to do and hangs. The fans automatically start to change when any changes are made in the Hardware Monitor. It should also be noted that I get Q Code 08 when entering the Hardware Resource Monitor in bios. Changing other settings such as XMP and then exiting without saving allows the PC to enter the OS without a problem. I manually killed it via the power button after letting it hang for over a minute. I think the Hardware Monitor/fan control in bios is buggy.Įnabling smart fan for a case fan (or changing any fan settings) in the Hardware Resource Monitor in bios, and then exiting WITHOUT saving causes the PC to hang and not enter Windows. I also have an x570 Meg Ace on the latest bios.
